Everyone in this world wants to have a lovely as well as a good personality. However, it is a fact the most important part that even plays a very important role in fitness is heart. Thus it is very important to take care of this crucial organ. The following are the 8 steps to the healthy heart:
Step1: To begin with, it is very important to first go for proper body checkup. It is very important so as to identify in advance if the person is suffering from any disease or not. These tests also reveal about the proper functioning of the heart and so it is very important to look for these tests as once you diagnose the problem, then it would be easier to cure it as well.
Step2: The step to be taken by the person is to go for several tests that are in the form of equations. For example it is important to know, “what is the equation of the cholesterol present in your blood”. The two basic types of cholesterols that are present in the human body are the low density lipoprotein and the high density lipoprotein. The low density lipoprotein is also known as bad cholesterol because it causes the heart attack as well as several other heart diseases. On the other hand high density lipoprotein is considered good for the heart. Thus, it is important to look for the right level of cholesterol in the body.
Step 3: In case it is revealed that you have high cholesterol level, then you should not be afraid of taking the cholesterol-lowering drugs. It is so because the doctor suggests these types of medicines only when it is very much required. For example when the cholesterol level is too high then the patient is advised for these drugs.
Step 4: Another important step that is even advised by most of the health experts is to keep a check on the belly fat. If the person is suffering from this problem, then it is better to opt for aerobic exercises for getting rid of this problem. It is very important because fat helps to increase blood pressure.
Step 5: You should avoid the saturated as well as the Trans fats in your diet. Instead of that you should take healthy diet excluding the saturated and the Trans fats.
Step 6: It is also advised by the experts that you should avoid smoking for staying fit. It is so because smoking increases the chances of the heart attack to as many as three times.
Step 7: Along with above things, it is also important to have the proper care at the time of pregnancy. It is very important to pay attention on the diseases if they are detected. For example if the person is suffering from diabetes, sugar or any other disease at the time of pregnancy then it is very important to go for its treatment as else it would pass on to the baby and would effect the health adversely.
Step 8: Another point which should be kept in mind is that the person should know the symptoms of heart diseases or heart attacks. Diagnosing the right problem helps in providing some relief to the patient even before the doctor is there to help him/her.
