Organising any work is the key aspect towards any person’s success. It is very essential to be organised in any work that you undertake.
Organization does not mean perfection. They are two different words which are usually mistaken for. Organization involves planning the work in an efficient manner whereas perfection is executing the organized work in a perfect manner.
There are many aspects to be kept in mind to be an organized person in your official life or personal life.
Attitude:
Attitude is one of the most important characteristics of any personnel. Your attitude in the official environment decides your status in the office. Therefore it is very essential to take care that you do not show attitude and hurt or put down or discourage any of your colleagues or the lower officials. Once you have a perfect attitude the work environment around you will respect you a lot and the surrounding will become a very enjoyable and supportive place to work with.
Cleanliness:
It is necessary to keep you office place clean. It is rightly said that, “The first impression is the Best impression”. Anybody who enters your cabin or cubicle must feel like coming again and again because of the aesthetics of the cabin. The more clumsy and dirty the place is the less status you achieve in work and the less will be your appraisal. Though the quality of work you do may be excellent it will not be looked upon just because of your untidiness.

Always see to it that your work is completed before time and the results are produced to your Boss well in advance. This creates a very organized opinion about you in the office. If you are forgetful, do set reminders so that you don’t end up messing the task.
Be Independent:
A person who works independently is respected in the office. See to it that you are in a position to work independently and always aim for a goal and achieve it. Do not rest till you achieve your goal.
Plan you work:
Planning the work is a way of depicting that you are an organised person. Always jot out a plan and try sticking to the plan so that the work gets done on time.
