Frequent travellers face many problems during the travel due to improper planning and other chaos at the time of the travel. They tend to get frustrated due to the problems and may show anger like kicking seats, splashing food and misbehaving at public. However such behaviour is mostly tolerated by the airlines and assistants if they recognize the person fly very frequently. Even then to avoid the degradation of the dignity, here are few tips for frequent travellers to avoid many problems during travel.
Reach airport on time – Plan to start from your residence or hotel much earlier so that you can reach the airport on time. During the journey to the airport, you may get stuck due to traffic or other problems. So do not risk by starting the journey with strict timing. Add some buffer timing for your journey to the airport. If you reach airport much earlier also, you can grab a bite of your favourite snack or run through pages of your favourite book in the waiting time, which is better than the tension you get while you are stuck in traffic.
Boarding – Do not carry excessive luggage beyond the permitted baggage weight limit. Over weight baggage many lead to the discussions with the airlines for the approvals or other arrangements. This may delay in the boarding and may cause confusions. You can board in the flight as quickly as you can, so that you can settle in your seat peacefully. Keep your hand baggage close to your legs or overhead adjacent to your seat.
Settling in the flight – Once you are settled in your seat, enjoy the journey without causing disturbance for the other passengers. So do not incline your seat completely, which may impact the legroom for the other passenger. You should not misuse your neighbouring passenger’s leg space with your luggage or with your legs. You cannot expect a peaceful journey if you get into trouble with the other passengers.
In the flight - Do not make a forceful conversation with your neighbour passenger. You should not kick the front seat or rest of the armrest completely. These stuffs will create discomfort for you and other passengers. Do not grab the front seat while you get up from your seat. This may cause discomfort the person seated in your front desk. You should not shout louder in the plane.
Eat carefully in the plane – Do not spill the food out of the tray. If it happens by accident, apologize gently to the fellow passenger. Alcohol may cause high impact during travel. So control the limit of alcohol consumption during travel.
