5 Natural Diet For Diarrhea
The first and foremost thing that a person should do when he or she is under attack of diarrhea is to take light food that will create less pressure in your digestive system. Eat soft rice. To make it, you have to boil rice in water for a long time. After that, take that soft watery rice.
Sprinkle salt and squeeze one fresh lemon in it. If you do not like the sour taste of rice then you may add sugar. Mix all these things properly and eat them. You need to add salt and sugar because these two things go out in huge amount when you have loose motion due to diarrhea.
Plantain is an excellent product for diarrhea. You can eat plantain in various ways. Peel and boil plantain (green banana) in water. Remove it from water. Mash it. Add salt and black pepper powder in it. Mix everything. You can eat it along with soft rice. Eating plantain helps to make your liquid stool solid. Plantain and fish curry is a good medicine for diarrhea.
Take a piece of fresh fish. Rub salt and turmeric on it. Fry the fish lightly. Then boil a pieced green banana. Add salt, cumin and coriander powder, and little amount of ginger paste in it. Drink hot tea to fight diarrhea. Blackberry tea is excellent and it is being used for diarrhea from the very old time. Take some blackberry fruits or blackberry leaves. Boil it for at least 15 minutes in water and then drink the juice. It really works. You can do the same thing with raspberry also.
