3 steps to Breath healthy
We all know breathing is a life. No dead person can breathe. However, there is a breathing technique which is supposedly healthy breathing style in your daily life. One can live without food for a few days but life without a breath is beyond our imagination.
Breathing is very essential for your body functioning.
For healthy breading you need to know the right and wrong ways of breathing. When you were still little baby, you had deep breathing rhythm, but as one ages, breathing shifts to the chest and gets more rapid and shallow. Hence, it is important to know the right way of breathing.
Take a few minutes every day to practice deep breathing. One can actually develop deep breathing through out the day if you practice everyday.
Take these breathing steps and practice them everyday. They say “practice makes man perfect.” The complete breath, use your lower middle and upper part of the respiratory muscles while doing this exercise. You begin with abdominal breathing, followed by thoracic breathing and lastly clavicle breathing. Your lung will develop capacity to function at the greater speed. Your mind will benefit calm environment and also your breathing rate will be checked.
Secondly, you can go for alternate nostril breathing. You can benefit from your breathing by practicing it. It’s a simple exercise; you just have to take a long breath. This process is in hale from the right nostril and exhale from the left nostril. Do this repetitively.
This exercise is good for depression, hypertension, anxieties and your nervous system is strengthened.
Here is last but not the least step of breathing, called “humming bee” or “oommmmmm” style. It takes your whole nervous system and vibration reaches each and every part of your body.
Place your thumb on your ears; close your eyes and breath deeply while inhaling and exhaling. Hamm along the breathing rhythm. This is an excellent practice to improve your concentration. One can reduce insomnia if suffering from this disorder. It cams down your mind.
