It is actually not that easy to get a promotion. A lot of hard work and effort is required to gain promotion. It is true that luck also plays a great role. But the major part is due to your own efforts. Some of the tips to gain promotion in job are underlined hereunder:
• Do your best
Even if you don’t find the work interesting, still do your best in your area of job and gain mastery over that.
• Voluntarily take more work
Always be ready to take extra work. Never shirk from work.
