Soak the cereals in a bowl of hot or cold skimmed milk for 2-3 minutes and you have your healthy breakfast ready.
Fruits are also a great breakfast item. You can cut small pieces of apples, bananas and grapes and add these to the milk and cereals. If you do not have the time to do all the cutting and chopping though, you can even have a whole fruit without much fuss.
