The normal temperature of a human body should be between 98.4 Deg. F and 99.5 Deg. F. If the temperature goes beyond these limits, we call that condition as fever. The following home remedies would help to cure common fever effectively.
Boil 12 grams of basil leaves in half a litre water. Consume basil leaves decoction once a day to cure common fever.
Use half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds to make a tea and consume. Apart from dissolving the accumulated mucus in the chest, it provides a soothing effect.
Mix half a teaspoon of saffron with 30 ml of boiled water. Use this liquid to make tea. Consume one teaspoon of such tea every one-hour to relieve from common fever.
Allow 25 raisins to saturate in half a cup of water. Crush them in the same water and mix with half a teaspoon of lime juice. Consume this mixture twice a day.
Mix a teaspoon full of honey or glucose with apricot juice. It cures the fever effectively, in addition to eliminating harmful products.
Add half a glass of water to equal quantity of grapefruit juice. Consume this liquid once a day. It helps to cure fever, in addition to subsiding burning sensation.
