Today I will give you some natural ways to stay out of acne problem. Water is essential part of our body. Almost 70% of our body is made up of water.  It is an essential element inside our body and we cannot live without it.

1) Water is fat free and has no calories so you can consume it as much as you want.  It is cheap and easily available everywhere. Drinking loads of water helps to keep your skin hydrated and fresh. When out with your friends, you opt cold drinks over water which not a wise decision. One must take around 10-12 glasses of water everyday.  More quantity of water is never harmful.  You can choose to drink 2-3 glasses of water every day in the morning to clean all the toxins and chemicals inside your body.

2) Taking water in right quantity will dilute the amount of salts and toxins present inside the body and make them less effective. And your urge to pee will flow those toxins out of your body. Drinking loads of water keeps impurities out of your body and also keeps your stomach full. You will not indulge in excessive eating.  It is the right source of keeping you fit and exuding out all the harmful products from your body.

3) You must not drink water before starting the meal. Also you should never drink water after every meal as it tends to raise the level of toxins in the body and provides them a medium to transfer the impurities.
