How to Prepare Mango Milk Shake

Mango, the king of all fruits is really very tasty and deserves the complement. Mango can be enjoyed in different forms. Mango shake or mango milk shake is a very tasty preparation of mango. Eating raw pieces of mango is good enough, but the taste of mango shake is really amazing. Not only the children, but the adults too crave for mango shakes during the summer months. However, you must know the delicate ways to prepare it. Here are some tips which will certainly help you to make delicious mango milk shake.

Take ripe mangoes and peel them off and take out the mango pulp in a bowl. You will need 1 pound of mango pulp. Take 3 cups of milk and boil it for a few minutes to thicken the milk. Then pour the milk in the bowl and mix it well with the mango pulp. If there are many guests, you cane just double the amounts (2 pound of mango pulp and 6 cups of milk).

Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract into the mixture. It will add a sweet fragrance to the mango shake. If you want creamy mango shake, you can also add some amount of vanilla ice cream to it.

Now take 1 and ½ cups of sugar and add it with the mixture. Stir well for a few minutes, so that sugar is dissolved total in the mango pulp. If the rest of the amount is increased, the sugar amount will also increase. Then you may or may not add a pinch of pepper in the pulp. It depends up on you taste.

When the whole mixture is ready, pour them in individual glasses. Add put one or two ice cubes in every glass. And serve the glasses with straws. Be ready for another round of preparation, because people will definitely ask for more.
