In order to prepare a healthy breakfast you need to have raw vegetables, fruits, milk, wheat grains and other products made of wheat.  Avoid eating products that are made up of polished flour.  Polish flour is not beneficial for your body and keeps you at a higher risk of acquiring various diseases and cancers.

Try to eat a sandwich made out of wheat bread with fresh and raw vegetables in it.  It will not only provide you with sufficient amount of fiber that your body require every day but will also fill your stomach completely.

Step 4

If you are working for long hours it is necessary that you include dairy products in your breakfast as well.  You can choose to drink a glass of milk every day or can even depend upon curd as it is easier to digest by our body as compared to milk.
