If you want a beautiful skin, start with a healthy diet. Include lots of vegetables (preferably leafy ones) and fruits in your regular diet. Avoid too much intake of fatty content and oily food. This will show on your skin in the form of eruptions and pimples.
Keep your skin hydrated by taking in plenty of water. A healthy skin should always remain hydrated. Do not wait for the thirst to make you drink water. Moisturize your skin at least twice a day using a good moisturizer. Use your finger tips to gently apply it on your face and neck. This will give you a fresh looking skin that has life within.
Do not use cheap cosmetics. Never be ready to compromise your skin for saving money. Use those cosmetics which are of good brand. If you can use home made cleansers and facial, it is well and good. You can avoid the chemicals added to the ones you get in the market.
Keep yourself happy. A tired mind is always reflected on your skin. So keep your mind away from stress and worries. That itself will give you a radiant look.
