Trim and then finely slice the chicken. Chop the brown onion and diagonally slice the green onions. Take a small bowl and mix together oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce. Take a large frying pan and heat it over high heat. Next you need to add about 3 teaspoons of oil, make sure that you completely cover the pan.
