How to Make Crunchy Apple and Raisin Muffins

You also require three-fourth cup of raisins, quarter cup of finely chopped walnuts, one tablespoon of brown sugar, quarter teaspoon powdered cinnamon, and a little olive oil. Make sure that you peel, core, and roughly grate the apples.

The Method of Preparation

The first step is to preheat the oven to about 180°C. Evenly grease about twelve muffin pans with olive oil. Sieve the cinnamon, flour, and sugar in a big bowl. In the center of the flour mixture, make a dent and add apple juice, vanilla essence, oil, and egg. Beat well with a fork until you get a smooth mixture.
