You need to stock your kitchen with ingredients such as 125grams of melted butter, 200grams of simple chocolate biscuits, 500 grams of cream cheese, one tablespoon of boiling water, 200 grams of dark cooking chocolate, one teaspoon of gelatin, one third cup of brown sugar, and 670grams of morello cherries.

You also need one tablespoon of corn flour and 2 tablespoons of castor sugar. Make sure that the chocolate is of high-quality and well chopped. Keep some white chocolate curls for garnishing.

Grease the Tin

Take a shallow tart tin and brush it lightly with melted butter. The fluted tin should come with a removable base. With the help of a food processor crush the biscuits to a fine powder. Next put in butter and process well so that you get a smooth mixture.
