For treating damage hair you need to change your lifestyle and food habit. Drink plenty of water is good for your hair. You try to eat lots of vegetables, fruits. Regular exercise is good for your hair. Try to avoid junk food because it is bed for your hair. You should comb your hair gently. You try to cut your hair in every three weeks to remove split ends.
Hot oil treatment is good for your damage hair. For that you need to take 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a bowl and mix them well. Warm the mixture and apply the oil on your scalp. Then wrap the hair with a hot towel for 30 minutes and wash your hair with shampoo and water.
Egg is good for your hair. You can make different types of hair pack with egg. Take one egg and separate the egg yolk and egg white. Then whip the egg white. Add some water with the yolk and bled it well. Mix the egg white and yolk together and apply on the hair for 20 minutes. When it dries rinse off with cold water.
Mayonnaise is also effective for your damage hair. Apply mayonnaise on your hair and cover your hair shower cap and leave it for 30 minutes. Then rinse off with cold water.
You can also make a hair pack for damage hair with banana, avocado and egg. For that you have to take 1/2 of an avocado, ½ banana and one egg yolk in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well and apply it to your damage hair. Leave it for 25-30 minutes and wash off with shampoo.
