How to Fry Crispy Chicken Wings

Here’s an easy recipe for crispy fried chicken that you can make in quick time.

The ingredients that you’ll need to fry crispy chicken wings include 12 to 15 chicken wings, 2 to 3 large eggs, 4 cups of flour, 3 cups of cooking oil, and seasonings (like seasoning salt and pepper ). Among the cooking equipment you’ll need a skillet, medium-sized bowl, plate, paper towel, zip-lock bag, and a big spoon.


Step 1: Take 3 cups of cooking oil in a skillet and heat on medium heat.

Step 2: Wash the chicken wings well with warm water.

Step 3: Now place the wings on a plate and sprinkle seasonings on both sides.

Step 4: Beat the eggs in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 5: Take 4 cups of flour in a zip-lock bag.

Step 6: Add the seasoned chicken wings into the bowl of beaten eggs and coat well using a big spoon. You might not be able to fit all the wings in the bowl at a time; add them in batches.

Step 7: Put the egg-coated chicken wings inside the zip-lock bag filled with flour and shake well.

Step 8: Add the wings one by one into the hot oil in the skillet.

Step 9: Fry the wings for about 12-15 minutes on each side.

Step 10: Once both the sides of a chicken wing is fried crispy, remove it from the frying pan and place on a plate.

Step 11: Blot the grease from the wings with a paper towel.

Your delicious crispy fried chicken is ready to be served.

While estimating for guests, consider 2 chicken wings per person and of course not more than 3.
