Consume lot of fluids. Always make sure that your body is not dehydrated.
Add 1 teaspoon full of grated ginger root, 1 teaspoon full of bayberry bark, half-teaspoon cayenne powder to half a cup of boiling water. Allow the liquid to cool for 20 minutes. Consume this liquid to treat flu.
Apply a cloth dipped in cold water on your forehead. It is an effective remedy to cure flu.
Improve your immune system and white blood cells with the intake of foods, which consist of vitamin C.
Have a tub bath in lukewarm water to get relieved from flu.
Consuming raw garlic in the early morning before taking any food is ideal to cure influenza.
