How to benefit from onion

It can be used as a home remedy option for many common ailments and also can help in preventing fatal health conditions.  It not only boosts the health, but can also help in face care.

Onion does not contain fat or saturated fat.  It has low levels of cholesterol and does not add up too many calories on consumption.  Infact, onion lowers the blood sugar level.  It keeps high blood pressures under check, and is a good remedy to keep the blood pressure and cholesterol levels under control.
