One must first be prepared at mind if you want to be organized. If you are really keen to be organized, remember you are going to change some of your existing habits. When you get into a habit of scattering things, it is not as simple to organize on one fine day.It requires your conscious effort and a stable desire. Here are a few ways you can choose in order to be organized.
De – cluttering should be your first step to be organized. Take away those things that you do not need from the area of concern. The ideal suggestion is to dispose all that you have not used at all in the last one year. These things are definitely the things that you do not need in the next days to come also. When you de clutter you get to find space for the rest of the things.
Utilize the available space in an effective manner. Place those things that you have frequent need at a place where you reach out easily. For example, keep your talcum powder and daily skin care at the lowest shelf where your hands can reach fast. Keep the ones that you use once a week at an upper shelf.
Keep all the bills in a file with the required separation. Have a proper place preferably a corner of the room for the magazine stand. Do not put it carelessly at the side table after reading. This will again make the task more difficult. Have all the medical records at an easily findable place so that you need not search for it at the last hour in case of any emergency
Try to have a small dustbin in all your rooms so that you do not gather the paper bits here and there. Also have a laundry basket at a common place where every member of the house can put the used clothes until it is taken for wash.
An organized person will have a calm mind with peaceful environment. So why not have it if you can?
