Try this exercise for the eyes. Rotate your eyes by making circular motions. Move your eyes up, down, right and left. This exercise is very useful and relaxing when your eyes feel tired after sitting in front of the computer for long hours or after reading a book. Practice this five times a day. You can do it whenever you want.
