Materials That You Will Need
- Pink jumper or T-shirt or dress with a V-neck
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Pink slick pen
- White and pink fabric paint colors
- Paint brush
- Purple head band or plain head band and purple ribbon
- Silver paint pen
- Pink Barbie wig
- Pink bracelets
- White tights
- Pink socks
Instructions
Step 1: Take the pink dress, a cheap one will do, and mark 1 1\2 inch wide vertical lines on it using a pencil and ruler.
Step 2: Trace the pink slick pen over these pencil marks. When it dries, the lines will get raised.
Step3: Paint every alternating line in a different shade of pink, keep mixing white in the pink color to get lighter shades.
Step 4: Draw a white piping around the neck and the sleeves of the dress using a white paint.
Step 5: Take the purple head band, if you can't find one wrap a purple ribbon on a plain hair band, make big polka dots on it with a sliver paint marker.
Step 6: To assemble Stephanie Halloween Costume, just put on the painted pink dress, with white tights, pink Barbie wig, purple head band, pink bracelets and pink socks.
