If you think that the only color that bathroom toilets come in is white and style is the old two piece that has the water tank and the bowl as two separate pieces is all there is today in toilets, then you are either sadly mistaken or just not that current with what is available! That being said, there are far more colors available than just white and many more styles than the traditional two piece toilet. There are one piece toilets that look like they are two piece units because of the design; and there are also one piece toilets that look like you are sitting on the trash can to use the toilet!
Let’s talk about color choice
Gone are the days of white or off white being the only choices that you had for your toilet! You are probably asking well, what colors are there as far as toilets are concerned? Would it surprise you if I said Blue, Black, Green, Red, Silver or Grey, Off White, Yellow, Brown and White? You might even be able to get Pink or pastel shades if you custom ordered them. Wow, I never realized that bathroom toilets could be so colorful! This sometimes makes you choices easier when it comes to choosing the right color to match you décor. One thing that can be said is that you cannot really go wrong if you choose White, Off White, Black or Silver/Grey as these colors match virtually every color scheme in existence in the world today. The other colors (Blue, Green, Red and Yellow) are kind of subjective. Choosing one of them is best if you want to create a contrast to the color of your walls.
Which type are you choosing?
This is the other question to answer; are you going with a two piece or a one piece? These are your only choices in this matter. Most people are familiar with two piece bathroom toilets, but are not that familiar with the one piece designs. One of the things that really amazes people is how much some of the one piece designs actually look like they are the traditional two piece design.
