Are you looking to revamp that plain, boring bathroom suite? That’s no surprise if you are; many people are trading that boring, traditional bathroom for something a bit more stylish or maybe even inventive and innovative. There are so many different styles and designs of sinks, toilets, mirrors and cabinets available that you will not have the same bathroom suite that you had before by the time you get finished remodeling and/or redesigning your bathroom. If what you have is out-dated or simply does not suit your needs and longer, then you might consider remodeling. You also do not have to do everything all at once, unless you choose to! Mind you that a bathroom suite is not complete without both a shower and a hot tub!
Choose your new toilet and sink
When you are deciding on the new toilet for your bathroom suite you need to remember that toilets are not only available in white any longer; that there are other colors available and that you may be able to have a toilet ordered in a custom color.
Another choice that you need to think about is whether you want a traditional two piece toilet or a more modern one piece. Some of the newer one piece toilets do not look traditional at all; yet some look like they are two pieces. Bathroom sinks have come a long way too. Not all sinks are round or oval and plain white any more. The variety of today’s sink designs, shapes and colors can make it a bit difficult to choose which one you want. Another thing to think about here is freestanding or cabinet style?
Choosing the rest of your bathroom suite components
Are you going to be buying a newer mirror for your medicine cabinet or new medicine cabinet altogether? You might want to get a round or oval mirror; or maybe even a diamond shaped one. The next is storage cabinets for all of those necessities in your bathroom suite. These can be both functional and stylish at the same time. You may prefer very wide cabinets over narrow ones because of the extra storage space. Here again, you do not have to settle for plain white cabinets unless that is what you want.
