How about a nice massage? It is one of the most common stress-busters used now-a-days. Take a nice massage with sunflower, coconut or sesame seed oil. The scalp massage acts a great stress buster and might even put you to sleep if the masseur is that good.

Regular consumption of celery and onions after a meal is advisable. They can be consumed as a part of salad with other green leafy vegetables and herbs as well.
