Hi...!! If you want to loss weight than you should follow a regular routine.
Do Workout. Cycling walking and yoga is good option for workout....
you should take right diet...not include oily food, include fruits and light food in your diet.
Take hot water instead of cold water...

Hi,
Already i have done that all. I am not trying that tablets upto now. Defenetly i will do that one. Lot of persons saying about herbal products only. But i don't know is it safe or not. Is herbal products is safe?

Hi!!!
Herbal health products and supplements are safe because they occur in nature or come from plants. And there is no side-effect of herbal products.
You know,obese people are generally flesh eaters, so they can be a little disappointed over the dietetic regimen for natural weight loss. But you need to understand that in order to gain something you have to make certain sacrifices.
You should divides a complete day in 6 parts and plans the diet chart accordingly.
Early morning:-Drink a glass of warm water containing lemon drops along with a teaspoon of honey, empty stomach.

Breakfast:-Drink toned milk with either wheat or bean sprouts; this will not only fill your tummy but will also provide all the required nutritional supplements to perform routine activities.

Before lunch:-Try to drink a glass of pineapple or carrot juice at least 60 minutes before main course.

Lunch:-Consume raw vegetable salad, garnished with coriander leaves, cumin seeds along with buttermilk.

Mid afternoon:-Drinking lemon tea, vegetable soup or coconut water with some dry fruits are ideal for mid day meal.
Dinner:-Consume whole grain bread with seasonal fruits and steamed vegetables. Avoid banana and apple.
