Herbal Remedies for A Urinary Tract Infection?

I tried Uva Ursi but you can only use that so many times per year. I REFUSE to use man-made medicine because I have a very hollistic approach to healthcare. Anyone know of any natural remedies?

Thre is guarented treatment for Urinary tract infection in AYurveda and herbal .. but be need to take constant medicnes for minimum 2-3 months..
the preparation for Urinary tract infection is

compund number 1 --
Yavchar
swet parparti
sangahayudbhsama
sankha basma

mix all those medicines and take 5-6gm twice a day with coconut water or normal dirnkning water..

preparation number 2 --

chandraprabha vati-- 2-2 tablets twice a day with normal drinking water..
after lunch and dinner..
gokchar gugglue.. --- 2-2 tablets twice a day with normal dirnking water after lunch and dinner..

trinmool quat + gokhuru quat ( mix all thoser both herbs )
take 25-30gm of mix quat and boil in 300ml of water and when 30ml left remove from constant heat filter eat and take 15ml twice a day after lunch and dinner..
