Menu for Mother’s Day
- Chocolate chip Pancakes
- One cup full of fruits
- Cheesecake tart
- Heart of Gold Punch
- Hot cocoa milk
Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe
Time: 15 minutes
Utensils:
Mixing bowl Measuring cup stirring spoon Spatula
Big plate hot pads Frying pan cooking spray
Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 cup all purpose floors
2 tsp baking powder
Chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
1 can whip cream
Procedure:
- Spray the frying pan with cooking spray.
- Sieve floor and baking powder together, thrice.
- Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl (except whip cream).
- Stir until everything is blended together.
- Drop each pancake with a spoon onto the hot griddle.
- Cook for about three minutes. Check the edge to pick up cleanly.
- Turn with a spatula. Again cook until light brown.
One one one Fruit Cup
Food ingredients:
One basket strawberries cleaned and halved.
One sliced banana
One kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
One big fruit bowl to stir the fruits
Procedure
Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl, along with left over whipped cream from the pancakes. Serve fresh.
Cheese tart
Food ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- One cup fruits- strawberries & cherries
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups of whipped topping
- One 9 inch cracker shell
Procedure
- Blend together cream cheese, sugar and a fruit in a blender or processor.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and stir in whipped cream to blend everything.
- Put the mixture on cracker crust and refrigerate till firm.
- Put a garnish of whipped cream and a fruit on top.
- Cut it and serve it to your Mom.Yummyyyyy…
Heart of Gold punch
Ingredients
- 12 ounce of lemonade punch (leave until soft)
- 12 ounce of grape juice
- Two 12 ounce can of orange flavored soda
- Chilled orange slices cut into heart shape.
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate for two hours
Garnish with cream and a fruit.
Serve in a tall glass.
Hot cocoa milk
Blend together cocoa powder, sugar, and hot milk and pour in a tall glass.
Serve Hot
