BOUQUET OF PHOTO FLOWERS:
Supplies Needed:
- Different colored Construction Paper
- Photos of all family members
- Scissors and Glue-stick
- Tape
- Green chenille stem for each flower.
- Thin cardboard
- Crayons
Procedure:
Cut photos of each family member into circles to fit into centers of Flowers.
Make a Template of a flower with 5 equal-sized petals and a big centre.
Trace this template on different colored construction paper.
Cut along the outline, fold it from the middle, and remove the centre of each flower.
Stick the photo in the centre of flower, from behind the flower.
Trace the template on the thin cardboard and cut along the outline.
Paste the green chenille stem from the bottom and paste the cardboard on the other side.
Color the outer side of cardboard with crayons.
Place these flowers in a pretty flower-vase.
TISSUE PAPER FLOWERS :
Supplies needed:
- Tissue Paper in different and bright colors.
- Green chenille for flower-stems
- Wire of 22-24 Gauge to secure petals
- Crepe paper to make leaves
- Glue and Scissors
Procedure:
Cut the tissue paper in strips of 2” width and cut fringes in the strips.
Crush the strips.
Take a chenille stem and wind the paper around the stem.
Tighten the wire around the finished flower. Repeat with other colors.
Make leaves of green crepe paper and stick on the chenille stem.
Tighten the stems with a wire to form a bouquet.
You can use printed Tissue Paper, in place of plain Tissue Paper.
