EASY CRAFT are mainly for toddlers, little kids and elementary school children.
They can be made with material found in and around the house like card board, cans, paper, strings, crayons, paint, glue, etc. Children can create gift for mother’s day using easy Craft.
HANDPRINT RAINBOW:
In this craft, the handprints of a group of children form a Rainbow. This is a very Easy Craft and a collective activity to keep children busy. It inculcates a team work in the hearts and mind of little kids.
Supplies needed
- Rainbow colored sheets: violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
- Neutral colored paper:2 1/2’ by 1 1/2’ in size.
- Scissors – 7 in number.
- Glue - 7 in number
- Few pencils and Markers
Procedure
Make children trace their left hand at the corner of the sheet on different colored paper.
Cut 10 hand-prints in each color. Write the child’s name on each traced hand-print.
Starting from violet color, glue the cut-outs in an elongated arch.
Repeat the process with subsequent colors of Rainbow.
Ask the class-teacher to hang this piece of craft to boost-up the enthusiasm of kids.
BRIGHT RED LADYBIRD:
A popular decorative, foamy, magnetic ladybird for fridge-doors or photo-frame!
Supplies needed
- One craft fun foam sheet in red.
- Small pieces of black fun foam.
- Scissors and glue
- Black marker
- Thin wire covered with black paper
Procedure
Trace a big circle on the red foamwith adrinking glass. Cut along the outline.
Draw a straight line in the centre of the circle. Draw a small arch on one end of the circle and color it with black marker.
Cut two small pieces of wire to make the antenna and cut few pieces of black fun foam in small circular shape.
Stick two black circles at antenna-end and glue the rest (7-8) on the red cut-out on each side of the central line.
Cut six pieces of thin wire for legs and stick them on either side from down below.
Stick the magnet from down below. (Optional)
