Blueberry Muffins are simply YUMMY and YUMMY.
Blueberry Muffins as the name suggest are those muffins which are filled with Blue Berry fruit and are baked in the shape of muffins. To make them extra-good, just fill the
Muffin cups up to the brim and add an extra topping of the berries, along with crumb topping.

Ingredients
For Muffins
- 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- ¾ cup White Sugar(powdered)
- 1/3 cup Butter softened
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fresh Blue Berries
- ½ cup White Sugar
For Crumb Topping
- ½ Cup powdered white sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon powder
Preparation:
To bake Blueberry Muffins, preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. Grease say around 12 Muffin cups with the pastry brush using vegetable oil.
Sift all purpose flour with baking powder, salt and powdered sugar so that all the ingredients mix properly.
For the crumb topping: In a separate bowl mix together ½ cup powdered white sugar,
1/3 cup flour, ¼ cup butter and 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder. The crumb topping is used to sprinkle on top of the mixture used for baking Blue Berry Muffins.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter and milk and blend the two ingredients thoroughly. Then blend in the eggs in the mixture.
Fold in the sifted flour, adding one spoonful at a time to avoid lumps. Whisk properly to make the mixture fluffy as it makes softer Muffins.
For the Blue Berry Muffins, add ¾ cup fresh blue berries and pour the mixture into the greased muffin cups. Sprinkle some Crumb Topping and add a few Blue Berries on the top to get those extra good Blue Berry Muffins.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Check with a fork and be ready for the
“Grand Finale”.
