Mother’s Day
Importance of Mother’s Day:
Mother’s Day is the occasion, when we can make our mother feel special. This is the least we can do for her. Mothers are mother wherever they are. Often we take her for granted whatever she does for us and she never asks us to feel obliged for all she does; this is the unique kind of love only a mother can shower on her child even when the child grows up.
Mother can not be thanked in any way for the sacrifices and the pains she takes for her children but they can make her feel happy in any special way they think right. You can cheer up her mood by doing your little bit. You should keep her happy all the times but Mother’s Day is the special day when you can express your feelings of affection towards your mother candidly. You can do so in many ways like presenting her a beautiful gift, gifting her a mother’s day card, singing a song or poem for her, preparing a new dish for her or taking her out for a picnic.
Date of Mother’s Day:
Mother’s Day is celebrated, globally, on second Sunday of May every year.
