- Egg Whites – 2
- Granulated Sugar – ¼ Cup
- Almond Extract – 1tsp
- White Sugar – ¼ Cup
- Toffee Baking Bits – 1/3 cup
How to prepare Meringue Kisses Cookies:
Set the oven for preheating at 250 degrees F (130 degrees C).
Take the cookie sheets and cover it with parchment paper.
Take egg white and beat it until dry and stiff. Now add to it ¼ cup of granulated sugar and blend it very well until it incorporates into the mixture completely.
Add to it almond extract and another ¼ cup of sugar. Fold it carefully and now add toffee baking bits or other crushed nuts.
