“Deep in the forest night before eater, the bunnies danced under the moon. They were all as happy as well, Easter bunnies – except for one grumpy bunny named Hopper. “ This is the first page of this colorful and interesting story book. This book is written by Justine Korman based on a tale about Easter bunny. This is an all time favorite book involving Easter characters.
This is a story about a grumpy Easter Bunny who runs away from the Easter tasks which other bunnies happily perform. He does not have any enthusiasm for Easter rounds as other bunnies show. He just does not take part in Easter rounds and eats most of his share of goodies by himself instead of hiding them.
Hopper is a cranky, grumpy bunny and grumbles about working year round for Easter. He does not like rolling thousands of jelly beans, filling marshmallow chicks and making chocolate eggs all the days of the year. Then as an additional task, bunnies also have to hop around for distributing goodies to children all over. Instead of delivering goodies, he likes to eat all by himself. This contradicts the spirit of Easter which is all bout love and sharing among all.
But gradually as the story forwards, Hopper starts discovering the true meaning of the Easter and then comes the time, when he happily starts doing his Easter duties.
This is a very thrilling story for children of small age group. They learn a lot about the spirit of Easter. They understand values of Easter spirit through the change in behavior of that grumpy Easter bunny, Hopper. Illustrations of this book are great attraction for the children and attract them to read the whole story at once. Hopper in this story is the main character which becomes the favorite of the readers by the end.
