Ingredients:
- Flour – 3 ½ cups
- Margarine – ¼ cup
- Brown Sugar – ½ cup
- Dark Molasses – ½ cup
- Baking Soda – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Cloves - ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Water – ¼ cup
How to Prepare Gingerbread Easter Bunny Cookie:
At the very first step, before preparing batter, set the oven at 350 degree F for preheating. It is very essential to preheat the oven for proper cooking of the cookies.
Take a bowl and pour margarine and sugar in it. Blend them very well to make a fluffy mixture; it should look creamy. Add to it molasses.
Sift together flour, baking soda, ground cloves, ground cinnamon and ground ginger and keep aside.
Add these dry ingredients in the sugar mixture and make soft dough. If needed, add water too. Knead this dough until it is soft.
Now put the dough on the cookie sheet and roll it.
Take cookie cutter of bunny shape and cut the cookies.
Bake these cookies for about 8 minutes and your gingerbread Easter bunny cookie is ready to be eaten.
