Here, I am presenting a simple Easter egg recipe which you can easily prepare without much assistance and grab all the appreciation by your family. The interesting part of this recipe is, this Easter egg is not an egg in actual but is prepared in the shape of egg.

Ingredients:
- Sugar – 2-1/4
- Light corn Syrup – 1 Cup
- Hot Water – ¾ Cup
- Shortening (melted) – ½ cup
- Marshmallow crème – ½ lb
- Confectioner’s sugar – ½ cup
- Dipping chocolate
- Candied Fruit like pineapples, cherries, nuts
How to Prepare Easter egg:
Take a saucepan and pour into it water, sugar and corn syrup. Boil this mixture up to 265 degrees.
Add to it marshmallow crème and beat this until it becomes firm.
After that, pour confectioner’s sugar, melted shortening and candied fruits and nuts in the above mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well.
Now take little of this mixture and shape like an egg by your hand.
Dip this egg in the dipping chocolate and keep for setting.
You can make 10 eggs out of this mixture.
You can keep these eggs for 6 to 8 months.
