How to prepare chocolate Easter Eggs
First heat the chocolate in double boiler to melt it. When it is completely melt, set it aside to cool it.
Similarly, melt butter in a saucepan as you will need melted butter.
While butter is melting, pour pudding mix into it. Blend very well to make a smooth mixture.
Then gradually stir in the milk in the above mixture.
Make sure that you are cooking the whole thing over medium heat and also stirring it constantly.
You will see that the mixture starts boiling and getting thicker.
Gradually it will become sufficiently thicker and will leave sides of the pan. When it does happen, remove the saucepan from the flame.
Pour powdered sugar and vanilla in this mixture and blend it very well until smooth. Now mix walnuts into it.
Now let the mixture cool and be stiff enough that you can hold it in desired shape.
Now shape it into 12 eggs. Use about 2t for each egg.
Take a greased baking sheet or waxed paper-lined baking sheet and place all the eggs over it. Refrigerate it for about 1/2 an hour.
Now dip all the eggs in the cooled melted chocolate and place over the waxed paper on the cooling wrack.
Before the chocolate sets, arrange the marshmallow flowers over it.
Store it in the fridge.
