 Potato chip Cookies:

 Flour – 1 cup

Egg – 1

Soda – ½ tsp

Brown Sugar – 1 cup

Crushed Potato chips – ½ cup

Vanilla – ½ tsp

Chopped Nuts – ½ cup

Shortening – ½ cup

Method

Take a large bowl and pour into it shortening, egg and sugar. Blend all the well. Then add flour, vanilla and soda. Blend all the things well together. Now add nuts and potato chips to the mixture. Take non-grease cookie sheets and drop mixture on to it by teaspoonfuls. Bake it for 10 minutes.

Hot Cross buns:

Ingredients

Refined Flour - 7 cup

Eggs - 4
Yolk of 1 Egg

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Active dry Yeast - 15 gm
warm Milk -1 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder - 1/2 tsp
Raisins - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 tbsp
warm Water - 1/2 cup

Salt - 1 tsp
recipe Icing – 1

Method:

Boil milk and water. Add yeast to water for dissolving it. Mix warm milk, 3 cup flour, vanilla, salt, butter, sugar and nutmeg. Add eggs, yeast and beat till it becomes smooth. Now add nuts and remaining flour to make soft dough. Rub the dough till it becomes elastic. Grease the dough and cover with damp clothe and put it a warm place to make it rise. Within one hour, it will become double of its original size. Make about 30 balls of it. Take greased baking sheet and place these balls over it. Mark cross (x), on these balls, with a sharp knife.

Cover these balls again and leave for about 30 minutes. It will rise to become double. Now take the egg yolk and water and beat. Use this mixture to brush over buns. Preheat oven at 2375 degrees and bake these bun balls for about 30 minutes. Take out and keep on a wire wrack. Decorate with icing along the cross of each bun.
