If an office has good Feng Shui it can benefit the company a lot. Good office Feng Shui boosts work ethics, increases productivity, reduces staff sickness and keeps office politics and in-house friction to a minimum. This benefits everyone who works in the office but the benefit is not equal. There are some areas in the office which will have better Feng shui than other areas and obviously people who sit in the more auspicious zone will benefit more than those who don’t.
There will be certain rooms in the office block which will have better Feng Shui than others as well as certain areas. The people who sit in this area will benefit from the good energies in this area and be more successful than their fellow workers who are not in the beneficial area.
In order to be beneficial to everybody, offices should follow some basic guidelines. The most important being the shape. Regular shaped offices which are either square or rectangular guarantees that everyone in that room can have good luck in all spheres. If the room has a corner missing then the area represented by the missing corner will be lacking in the occupants luck.
If the north corner of the office is missing then career advancements will be very difficult. If the south is missing then the occupants will have to put up with a lot of back biting and slander. They will also not be very popular.
Family problems will afflict the occupants if the west is missing while a missing east can makes the occupants suffer ill health. If the northwest is missing then the employees will not get any support from the company’s boss. A missing southwest means there will be a lot of in house fighting amongst the employees and very little work done.
A missing northeast makes the employees reluctant to improve or change their ways. While the southeast affects the wealth luck of the company and in turn the employees.
Good office Feng Shui makes the work environment better with a balance of calm and mental stimulation, which in turn increases productivity and ultimately benefits the company.
