It has been seen that when a person gets worried, then the body starts producing stress hormone called Cortisol faster. When this particular hormone gets released into the blood, the process of deposition of fats gets enhanced. Especially, in women, the waist part is more prone to such kind of fats deposition.
The most important aspect of the study is that people, who are constantly worried about their weight gain; they are the one with higher level of Cortisol hormone. Though this particular hormone is very useful to deal with stress in life, but it also has its drawbacks. The excess production of this Cortisol can cause muscle weakness, loss of protein and bone mass, which are enough to induce the metabolic activity of body.
Next time, when you are under stress and tension, try to calm down as fast as possible. To get rid of your bad moods and worries, you can follow the below suggestions.
Try to have some dairy products. They have the ingredients, which can calm and sooth your brain. Apart from that you can also rely upon banana, dried dates, chocolate and peanuts.
When you are in bad mood, your craving for food increases. You might feel hungry frequently. If you feel that you are facing the similar problem then never go for shopping at that time. Or else, you will end up buying things, which are high in sugar.
The best solution to get rid of worries is to go for a long stroll and drink lots of water.
