Workout without a Gym
Although we all know that by using free weights and machines we can rapidly reduce weight and improve the metabolism and stamina of our body, but there are some limitations to the usage depending on the health permissibility and feasibility to join a gym. In such case, there are many other exercises through which you can achieve the benefits of a gym. There are many possible workouts without the need of expensive machines. Exercises have appropriate impact on the body by increasing the metabolism due to the work out of the muscles in the same way as doing in a gymnasium. It will save on time and money too.
Such work outs or exercises can be easily done indoors in a bedroom, hotel room, lobby or outdoors in a park, school yard or any open space of your choice. You should always follow a pattern of gradual increase of resistance to your workouts. There is a necessary caution to workouts: always warm up properly before beginning your exercises and relax and stretch when you have completed the session for the day
Leg Exercises include crouching or squats which help in building muscle in the thighs, shape the buttocks and improve endurance. Always exhale your breath completely as you finish a particular squat. Moving your Chin up and down helps burning the fat of the double chin as well as a great upper body workout. You can also exercise your biceps, deltoid and lat muscles. Stretching and relaxing in different angles can work wonders for many muscles of the upper region of the body. Doorway chinning bars are really helpful. You can also workout with dumbbells if you purchase and exercise at home. It will strengthen and shape your biceps and chest muscles etc even if you do it for 15 minutes in a day.
