There are some easy moves which can be followed in the morning to make your body feel fresh and substitute for exercises on days when you have no time for it.
Sometimes you are so tied up that days or even weeks pass on without exercising. Missing regular workouts makes us feel more lethargic weak and fatigued. It increases the probability of health problems and body weight also goes up. So, there should be some remedy to maintain fitness into daily lives.
If squeezing an hour in a day to exercise is not possible, you can still sustain fitness by working out for the minimum time spared by the busy routine. If you follow, a 10-minute workout every single morning, you’ll accumulate the equivalent of more than one 60 minute workout in a week. This hardly managed 10-minutes of activity or workout every day for a year will not only improve your health, but you can also gain 5-pound weight loss. So, start your day with few upper and lower-body toning exercises that can be done in few minutes.
Choose some simple exercises and do10-15 repetitions of each exercise. Avoid
pausing between exercises. Do this workout every day. If on a day, you manage to take out some more time you can include some more set of exercises. The most simple and effective of the workout is brisk walking or jogging in place. The set of exercises should be selectively chosen and even modified on the basis of the fitness level. You can also follow the recommended moves depending on the health problem, if any.
Any exercise program should not be pursued without consulting your family physician or a health care professional. It should be taken care of because each set of exercise has its own impact on the body organs and their activity. There might be some exercises which adversely affect your body. So, health conditions require attention on a regular basis and accordingly modify the health or diet program.
