Whether Drinking Lots Of Water Is Really Beneficial
Drink loads of water. At least eight glass of water, you should consume every day. The more water you can consume, the more your body glows. Like these above statements, you must have come across them hundreds times while reading any health magazine or daily news paper or even from the near and dear ones. Over the years, we have been taught to obey this to maintain a healthy life. Is not so?
The above arguments lose their ground with the recent study revealing some contrast facts about drinking lots of water. According to some American scientists’ report, which got published in a health journal recently, has claimed that there is no clinical proof of benefits of drinking lots of water.
Now what you would do? Will you stop drinking water? Definitely not! Before this study’s result got published, i have heard our family physician telling us not to emphasize so much on the consumption of water, while neglecting other aspects of a healthy life.
According to him, giving our body sufficient of water is very necessary. But, more we can drink water, healthier we can live – this concept should not be believed.
Now, the next step is to find out when and what amount of water actually our body really needs.
The amount of water your body needs should depend upon your nature of your work or profession and the nature of your workout regime. Apart from that the structure of everyone’s physiology is different from each other. Irrespective of the nature of job and workout, one’s body might need more water than the other.
Make sure that before you go for work out, you should hydrate your body properly by drinking enough water. Again after the workout, you can have water. Likewise, Never have water immediately after having the food. Have the water half an hour before or after the intake of food.
