What You Should Do When You Have Constipation
This is a typical characteristic and common phenomena of stomach upset and one can not do much about it. However, there are some people who get horrified and incline to do anything to solve the problem immediately. This will land up in more complicated situations, so the best way is to treat it naturally.
Don’t jump in a hurry, just wait and watch. Do not do anything stupid by picking up some idiot ideas from idiot sources. Just stay calm and quite and try to drink hot milk before going to bad. If sugar is added it will be more effective. Do this until you get the pressure in the morning.
Don’t start taking tablets by yourself without medical specialist’s prescription. If you do, the damage is in your hand and you will be the sufferer, remember this.
The duration of having constipation is after a week and if you are having constipation for three to four days it is not consider as constipation. Sometimes stomach upset occurs when you are not eating the right food at home and eating outside. This is the main reason for the constipation so be careful and watch your food.
Here is another natural and simple way of terminating the problem; just add salad in your meal, increase the intake of roughage. Make it a regular eating; your salad must contain cabbage, carrot, green chilly, onion, beetroot and salad leaves.
Drinking warm water will also diminish your problem as well. So drink plenty of water. Whenever, you feel thirsty drink hot water instead of cold water, this will smoothen your system. Constipation can be really troublesome and it is best if you don’t take any side affect medicines. Wait for the natural flow and if incase it exceeds more than a week then you must see a doctor.
