Most people have the misconception that it is somewhat similar to weight lifting, because the principle used over here is force of gravity, similar to that of weight lifting. But, in reality, weight lifting is a kind of sport whereas weight training is an athlete training program. Here I have listed some of the benefits of the weight training.
