There is a big buzz in the market about all natural, herbal remedies for weight loss. These herbal remedies take the form of pills, powder and juices. They are added as a special ingredient in other weight loss supplements. With all the hoo-ha around these herbal supplements, do they really live up to their promises?
A recent example of a natural diet pill that got attention for all the wrong reasons is the Ephedra. This was touted as the best weight loss pill in the market and the burst of energy that it gave.
It was hugely advertised on TV and in print. However, after some tragic side effects – it was completely banned. It is important to understand the side effects of these so called “natural” supplements.
