Wash Them Before Chopping

It is a common sheer mistake that vegetables are not washed properly before chopping them. Taking granted for your health is the biggest crime you are committing against yourself. Vegetables come in the package and they are not clean. So it is a must that you wash and scrub them neatly and properly before you put them for cutting. There are many unseen and hidden insects which can be seen only from magnifiers. Hence it is not to assume anything clean when you see nothing is there.

Germs and micro insects are very harmful and dangerous for internal body. They will surely damage immune system as they are good carriers of diseases. When you chop vegetables without washing, you are bound to get sick or food poisoning.

Always wash vegetables. Vegetables like cauliflower needs deep washing as it is the house of all insects and chemicals inside the flower so it is a must that you clean it. Stocked cabbage for many days should be properly judged and washed nicely. Sometimes you may find even warms inside the cabbage and you may eat along with the vegetable if not removed.

When you are using it is also a must to see that you are using clean knife which is not rusted. Your vegetable chopper should be clean and hygienic. Another area where you have to look is your utensils, don’t just rely on your water, you have to wash them manually at times. Dishes washers do not clean properly and still some soap forms do still stay back in utensils.

Last but not the least, when you are handling meat, you need to be very careful and make sure you wash your hand often. You can not use vegetable after handling meat since raw meat is said to be not so hygienic and it contains huge chunk of germs. So wash all vegetables and choppers to get healthy health.
