Vegetable Soup Diet
Diet is necessary for every human being. Every human needs energy which he gets from his or her diet. A healthy diet contained all the nutrients in proper amount. It contained vitamins, minerals and proteins as well all in proper amount. Vegetable soups are called the heart of every diet.
A vegetable soup diet is an incredible way to both lose weight and pack your body full of nutrients. You can take any of the soup with any time either you can take it before meal or even after meal. You can even replace it with food. It can cut your calorie intake. Buying a pack of vegetable soup from a food store is not as nourishing as it is packed from long time. Try to make vegetable soup at home as it will fresh and healthy. You can make cabbage soup diet. Steps of making of vegetable soup diet are mentioned below:
Ingredients-
• 5-6 green onions
• 1/2 kg of tomatoes(diced or whole)
• one packet of onion soup
• 6cups of water
• 2 green bell peppers
• one bunch celery (sliced)
• ½ head cabbage(chopped)
• Seasoning material-parsley, garlic, pepper, curry
How To make-
Boil the cabbage with all the listed material except seasoning material. Remember that boil the vegetable on slow cook. Add the seasoning to vegetable about an hour before done. Eat it in your favorite manner and favorite bowl.
The Cabbage Soup Diet does offer fast weight loss, but it is completely lacking in nutrition, flavor and variety. If you intake same type of diet everyday you will unable to get nutrients this way. Try to take variety to your diet as it
will supply all the nutrients in proper manner.
You can plan your one-week diet chart relies on this simple plan:
Day One – you can choose any kind of soup or fruit on day one of this practice, remember that don’t eat banana as it has fats in large amount. Consume plenty of water, cranberry juice and unsweetened tea.
Day Two – Consume all the soup and vegetables you like. Have a buttered baked potato with dinner. Don’t eat fruit today.
Day Three – You can take any of the soup, fruits and vegetables you like, no need to take anything else except it.
Day Four – Continue diet with your soup.
Day Five - Have at least one serving of soup today.
Day Six – Eat plenty of vegetables and your servings of beef.
Day Seven – Have at least one serving of soup. Only eat brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.
