Weight Lifting
These workouts can be good if done in a proper way. It burns a good amount of calories and keeps them at the lower side of the scale. Moreover weight lifting builds a good base for all other activities.
Walking
Try to convert your routine walk into “power walking”. This is because if you want to burn the calories, you need to increase the intensity of your walk.
