Take the stairs way or parking your car at some distance
This should not be your only single cardio workout, its results also will definitely add up. You should use the stairs in place of elevators. You should park your car at some distance so that you have to walk for a distance. 15 minutes of your walk to lunch will also adds up to some more burned calories daily.

Weight Lifting
These workouts can be good if done in a proper way. It burns a good amount of calories and keeps them at the lower side of the scale. Moreover weight lifting builds a good base for all other activities.

Walking
Try to convert your routine walk into “power walking”. This is because if you want to burn the calories, you need to increase the intensity of your walk. This activity can be done during any time through out the year, even when you are traveling. If you able to take a brisk walk, it’ll help you to burn around 190 calories in just a little time.

Running
This is very easy to do from any where. For this, you only need pavement and a pair of running shoes. It helps to burn around 300 calories in just half an hour. The only flaw in this is that it needs strong knees.
