Ingredients of tomato and onion pizza:

A 10 inch pizza crust
Ricotta cheese(7-8 tablespoons)
Olive oil(1 tablespoon)
2 tomatoes(thin slices)
3 onions(thin slices)
Mixture of provolone, parmesan, mozzarella and Romano cheese



Steps of cooking a tomato and onion pizza:

Heat the gas grills.
Take the pizza base and spread the ricotta cheese over it very well.
Top the base with the mixture of provolone, parmesan, and mozzarella and Romano cheese.
Cover the pizza base with sliced onions and tomatoes and after that sprinkle the olive oil over it.
Put your pizza on the heated grills and slower down the heat to medium heat.
Leave it on grills about 8-10 minutes until the cheese melt and base become crispy.
